Reprezentativna ugaona stambeno-poslovna jednospratnica, podignuta 1823. godine i dograđena prema Dubrovačkoj ulici 1908. godine.
Zgrada je dvotraktnog tipa. Zidana je opekom. Međuspratne konstrukcije su svodne i arhitravne. Namena je dvojna, u prizemlju su lokali, a na spratu stanovi. Plitka, svedena plastika glavne fasade oblikovana je u duhu ampira, što je čini jednom od najskladnijih među građanskim kućama Starog jezgra Zemuna.
Markantni ugaoni erker ističe reprezentativni položaj kuće na raskršću. Sunčani sat na fasadi prema Dubrovačkoj ulici raritet je posebnih vrednosti.

The representative corner residential-business, one-storey house was built in 1823 and extended towards Dubrovačka Street in 1908. There is a cellar underneath one part of the house. The building has two tracts; it was built in brick with vaulted ceilings and architraves.
According to its dual function, there are shops on the ground floor and flats on the first floor. The low, simple relief of the main facade, in the style of Empire, makes it one of the most harmonious buildings among the bourgeois houses of old downtown Zemun.
The conspicuous corner window underlines the representative position of the house at a crossroads. The sun-dial on the facade overlooking Dubrovačka Street is a rarity of special value.
