Ičkova Кuća je podignuta 1793. godine. Sastoji se od podruma, prizemlja i sprata formiranog od mansardnog visokog krova. Oblikovana je u stilu klasicizma. Dvotraktnog je tipa i dvojne namene.
U prizemlju je bila kafana „Кraljević Marko“, dok je sprat korišćen za stanovanje. Tokom vremena je prepravljana. Кompletna rekonstrukcija i revitalizacija je izvršena osamdesetih godina prošlog veka. Ima sve odlike reprezentativne gradske kuće s kraja osamnaestog veka.
Poznata je kao Ičkova kuća jer je u njoj boravio ustanički diplomata i trgovac Petar Ičko, koji je posle uvođenja dahijske uprave morao iz Beograda da pređe u pogranični Zemun. Ičkova uloga je bitna za pripremu Prvog srpskog ustanka 1804. godine. Petar Ičko bio je trgovački konzul i posrednik između zemunskih, solunskih i drugih trgovaca.
U Zemunu je boravio od 1802-1803. godine. Zgrada predstavlja jednu od najstarijih sačuvanih kuća i svedočanstvo urbanog razvoja Starog jezgra Zemuna.

Ičko’s House,

The house was built in 1793. It has a cellar, ground floor and first floor under the mansard high roof. It was designed in the style of classicism, has two tracts and dual function. “Kraljević Marko” tavern was on the ground floor and the first floor was residential. It was reworked in the meantime.
A complete reconstruction and revitalization was done in the 1880s. It has all the features of representative bourgeois house from the late eighteenth century. The building is known as the House of Ičko because the Serbian Uprising diplomat and merchant Petar Ičko stayed in it when he had to leave Belgrade for Zemun after the establishment of Turkish official administration.
Ičko played a significant role in the preparations of the First Serbian Uprising of 1804. He was a commercial consul and mediator between the merchants from Zemun, Thessalonica and other cities. He stayed in Zemun in the period 1802-1803.
The Building is one of the oldest preserved houses, the proof of the urban character of the old downtown Zemun and therefore registered as a cultural heritage monument of great value.
